Our Performance Development Plan (PDP) allows the opportunity to discuss your individual career objectives and training requirements, as well as your career aspirations within the company. The annual PDP process has been aligned to give a real focus towards each employee’s level of contribution and satisfaction as well as the relationship with their line manager and the clarity of information and feedback that they receive. It is felt across the senior management team that we will get the best from our people by encouraging candid, honest and open discussion and encouraging employees to tell us where we can improve.
